NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Plan Commission of the Town of Cedarburg will hold a Public Hearing during a regular meeting on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, 1293 Washington Avenue, to consider the following: A conditional use permit application by Michael Frede (dba VentureSpace LLC), to construct six buildings that will include thirty-six (36) units in total to be rented and used as professional offices at 8535 STH 60 [NW 1/4 of Section 21, 7.169 acres, zoned M-2 Planned Industrial & Mixed Use District & C-1 Conservancy District]. The proposed petition and accompanying materials are available for inspection at the Town Hall from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday.
